I declare that I have been acquainted with the establishment of the library and research rules and that I acknowledge that in case of a breach of my duties I may be denied further viewing of archival documents or may be subject to criminal prosecution resulting from a violation of the Copyright Act. The copyright of the work of Václav Havel is handled by the Dilia agency (srstka@dilia.cz).

By signing this Inquiry Form I confirm that I am aware that, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation), the VH Library as an administrator of personal data will for an unlimited period process my personal data in legitimate interest for the purpose of the registration of researchers in the Václav Havel Library archive. I am aware of my right to access my personal data processed by the Library and I am aware that, unless prohibited by other legislation, I have the right to have the Library desist from processing my personal data as an administrator. The Václav Havel Library reserves the right to change the rules regarding access to the database and use of documents. The researcher will be informed of this change by email.
